LOW-RIDERS OF THE BARRIO DOCUMENTARY 1979

Shout out to "La Moussy" of "Hella Breezys" for putting us on. Orale Home Girl...

Low-Riders Of the Barrio is a documentary that takes place in San Jose 1979. This film shines a bright light on the Latino Culture & Art Movement, unlike its negative brother which is usually mistaken for Gang affiliation. I agree that Gang activitivy comes with the culture and every culture, I just hope non Hispanic people see the artistic side of what Chicanos can do.

Today in 2011 the Hispanic Culture is finally receiving recognition in Music (Oldies, Funk), Cars (Low-Riders) & Art. Finally!!!!
