Our friends over at Eyes & Ears Entertainment who represents a band I've been talking about "Hey Champ" out of Chicago (Click the link for more info) who combine Disco, Rock, and Synth sounds sent over a Remix they did for a band Called Gemini Club. Although I'm not familiar with the group, this remix blew my mind. Fans of Cut Copy, Miami Horror, Duck Sauce, Chromeo will love this. Hey Champ’s treatment maintains the song’s original structure while providing a funk-laden disco vibe throughout, and is now available for streaming and download below.
The new video for Juan MacLean's "Feel So Good" track from his DJ-Kicks is basically a lesson in having fun and doing your own thing. Director Harry Dwyer harnesses the carefree spirit of the track for a video emphasizes the track's infectiousness with stop motion animation. And some wicked dance moves.
