SOHO RECORD STORES PART 1
We love shops like these... Big up to the boys at Phonica Records. They've been coming through for me for a long time.
Independent record shops are almost a thing of the past. In the 80s and 90s they were the string within the congregation of different musical genres and styles, which only truly co-existed in the West End of London.
Though the arrival of the Internet and MP3's stifled the experience, there are a remaining handful of record stores in Soho, defiant in their love of wax.
This is a guide to today's proud crop of West End vinyl vendors.
