Ameoba Records (the top record outlet in the Bay Area) will be having their “Factory Party” in honor of Andy Warhol this Friday. More info after the jump and at Ameoba.com.

A selection of original artwork from Amoeba artists Lori Katz, Billy Sprague and invited guests will be offered in a silent auction beginning March 6th.
