Esthero. This girl is Heaven Sent. She has definitely been one of my favorites from the jump. She has worked with Mos Def, Goodie Mob, Saul Williams, DJ Krush, I can go on and on. She had me from her album Breath from Another. She has a captivating and unmistakable voice that can take listeners on an incredibly immersive ride of emotion.
Esthero as Kanye's Jane. Kanye West’s “808s & Heartbreak” features three tracks co-written by Esthero, including the single “Love Lockdown.” She also provides backing vocals on “Street Lights.”
To all my people in LA, and to those who are visiting, she will be @ Bardot tonite. Its one of those swanky clubs with a doorman who decides your fate so if you want to get in dress nicely.
